There are two types of data we may collect when you use acselhealth.com website. Anonymous data is automatically collected by third-party applications and aggregated in the form of various usage metrics. Personal data is provided directly by you when you submit an email inquiry to email@example.com or submit an online job application via lever.co. No other personal data is collected on this site.
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know. You should be aware, however, that “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet, and third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications.
Our third-party website vendors employ security techniques to protect your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access. These websites do not fall under the Acsel Health domain, and we are not responsible for the privacy and security practices of any other website or the nature of the content contained therein. Your use of any linked website is solely at your own risk. Learn more about our vendors’ privacy policies:

If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information from our files.
California’s Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (Civil Code Sections 1798.100 - 1798.199) grants California residents certain rights regarding the use of their personal information. These rights pertain only to residents of the State of California. If you are a California resident and would like to request certain information about the types of personal data Acsel Health has collected or shared with third parties, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. California residents may make one such request per year. Pursuant to the CCPA, Acsel Health may deny that request, in whole or in part, pursuant to enumerated exemptions. If Acsel Health denies your request, we will inform you of the basis of the denial.
We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that we in good faith believe is necessary to comply with law or court order; defend our legal rights or property; or protect the rights, property, or safety our employees or others.
