Acsel Health LLC (“Acsel Health” “us” “our” or “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information of our website users. This privacy policy is specifically intended to provide information for users of www.acselhealth.com. For easy and direct access, we provide a link to this statement from our home page and all other pages of the site. Please read this policy before using this site.

Acsel Health is the sole owner of and the only organization that uses the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others under any circumstances. Our privacy policy does not apply to third party services or the practices of companies that we do not own or control, including other companies you might interact with through our site.

There are two types of data we may collect when you use acselhealth.com website. Anonymous data is automatically collected by third-party applications and aggregated in the form of various usage metrics. Personal data is provided directly by you when you submit an email inquiry to info@acselhealth.com or submit an online job application via lever.co. No other personal data is collected on this site.

Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know. Personal Data of Job Applicants

Acsel Health will access personal information job applicants voluntarily provide via lever.co. By submitting your online application, you consent to Acsel Health processing personal and professional information to assess your suitability for job openings. This information processed may include such information as your name, job title, education information, professional qualifications, work experience, and professional networks in which you participated. All information provided by job applicants will only be used for potential employment purposes (and will never be used for marketing or solicitation purposes).

Children’s Privacy

None of the content and information in the Acsel Health site is intended or targeted toward children under 16 years of age. We make every effort possible to ensure that we do not collect or maintain information from those we know to be younger than 16 unless parental consent has been obtained in writing. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information from our files.
